    What weight is your vinyl, what weight would you recommend? 10 oz — 21oz. 13oz is standard. Do you use UV inks? Yes, we use UV inks. Are the banners hemmed? Standard versions have a weld hem with grommets every 2 ft. Do the banners have a seam? They can have a seam depending on size. Please ask your sales rep. Are the banners outdoor rated? Yes, the banners are outdoor rated. How are they shipped - rolled or folded? This depends on several factors and should be discussed with a sales rep. What is the turn time? Generally, around 7-10 days. Do they need wind slits? Wind-slits are not necessary but they are available if requested. Can you write on banners with a marker? Yes, permanent markers can work. Do you offer a warranty? The expected life span is 6-12 months, but no specific warranty is offered.

    Custom vinyl banners are banners that are made of vinyl and are customized to suit the needs of the advertiser. They are often used for outdoor advertising, as vinyl is a durable material that can withstand the elements.
    Custom vinyl banners printed on durable 10 oz Smooth, 13 oz Vinyl scrim, 15 oz Vinyl scrim, 18 oz, and 21 oz vinyl with UV ink that won’t fade. Includes no-cost grommets and a reinforced welded hem.
    From 10 oz to 15 oz Vinyl, Banners by default have single-sided print but if you’d like your design to be printed on both sides it can be achieved by making a 2 ply Vinyl Banner which will have two layers sewn together. 18 oz, 21 oz can be printed with both double sided, single sided print with just 1 ply- single layer of vinyl.

    Specifications

    • Durability: Our vinyl banners may be used indoors and outdoors in all types of weather since they are made with a woven inserted knit or an inner scrim for enhanced strength and durability.
    • Grommets: Grommets may be desired on your banner if you plan to hang or attach it during installation. On all vinyl banners, grommets are optional and available. Every 3-5 feet, every 2-2.9 feet, every 1-1.9 feet, or on each of the four corners, grommets can be placed. Grommets are not available when pole pockets are specified.
    • Pockets: You might wish to incorporate pole pockets on your vinyl banner depending on how it will be used. On all banners optional 3″ pole pockets are available. Sewn pole pockets have a flush cut edge. Pole pockets work with banners that have single or double sided print. Pole pockets are not available when grommets are chosen.
    • Welded Hem: The edges of your banner can have a welded hem added. This provides the banner a polished edge that is smooth. Only 13 oz. to 15 oz. vinyl banners are available with welded hems.
    • Clean Cut: Your banner is created using a flush cut when it is produced. For vinyl banners from 18 oz. to 21 oz., this is the only edge option available due to the material’s properties.
